I am looking for a female roommate to fill a spacious floor to ceiling wall with actual door, FLEX room. Rent is only $1076/Month. The room has floor to ceiling windows all around and the views are AMAZING since we are on 30th floor. Please message me for photos and videos of the unit!

The apartment is a high rise, 24/7 doorman, in unit laundry, gym, rooftop, etc located between Midtown and Hudson Yards on 315 W 33rd ST. Right next to PENN station and whole foods, etc is nearby.

Application has already been approved but there are other fees:

$1300 each Broker Fee
$666 each Deposit Fee
~$20 rentals insurance (split 3 ways)
~$400 each for Flex Wall cost.
