The apartment is a high rise, 24/7 doorman, in unit laundry, gym, rooftop, etc located between Midtown and Hudson Yards on 315 W 33rd ST. Right next to PENN station and whole foods, etc is nearby.
Application has already been approved but there are other fees:
$1300 each Broker Fee
$666 each Deposit Fee
~$20 rentals insurance (split 3 ways)
~$400 each for Flex Wall cost.
