Looking for someone to take a room my 2 room apartment in midtown for a one year lease beginning in January.
-Must be able to sign a one year lease + complete the application requirements. You can come view the space this week.
-The building is nice, clean and management is great. We have a live in super who is amazing. It is a 5th floor walk up. I’ve been in the apartment for two years now and it’s close to A, C, and E subway.
-The apartment is fully furnished and you can bring your own stuff for your room.
