A bit about me! I’m 28 and work in corporate merchandising fully remote from the apartment. Originally relocated here from upstate New York, but been here for 5 years now. I usually have a mix of quiet weeknights or I’m out of the house at activities like boxing/volleyball/game nights with friends. I would love if we have some common interests and can hangout! I enjoy coffee shops, some good food, and trying new activities. I’m pretty quiet and clean and like to keep the shared spaces tidy. I don’t party much (and if I do go out I never bring the party home) but always love to share some desserts or wine/a drink, watch a show, have a movie or game night! Hi! I’m looking for a new roommate!
I am looking for someone end of Dec / early Jan (maybe even mid Dec). The apartment is a 2 bed /2 bath in Hillcrest and is $1105( + around $65-95 for utilities)
- You would have a private bedroom (with a giant closet)
- Private bathroom!
- Laundry in building
- Pool
- Massive living room
- Beautiful view of greenery from the balcony
- Shared off street parking space (and permitted street parking - 10-14$ for a permit)
- No other pets please! I have one cat, named Sherman. He is very friendly and social, but not good with other animals :(
