Hey guys!!

My name is Hailey Carter, I’m a third-year SDSU student looking for a subletter for my fully furnished single bedroom with a private bathroom. The place is available to move into starting April 1st, the lease ends in July 31st.

Here's everything you need to know:
- Fully Furnished
- Single bedroom + private bathroom
- 3 Current Roommates (co-ed)
- No pets allowed
- 5-10 minutes to SDSU
- Earliest Move-In Date is April 1st

- Pool and Gym access

Fees:
- $165 (refundable) or $75 (nonrefundable) damages fee
- $20/monthly amenities fee
- $72 ONE-TIME utilities fee
- OPTIONAL: $16 utilities fee
**I can help pay for the utilities fee or the initial damages fee if you need it**

Who We're Looking For:
- Preferably SDSU students
- Someone who earns AT LEAST 3x the rent
- MUST have a Social Security Number (SSN) for the application process
- Comfortable living with college students

Application Process:
To apply, you must earn AT LEAST 3x the rent or have a guarantor who makes 4x the rent.

1. Start your application online through their website.

2. Call the apartment office to inform them you're taking over the space.

3. Email them proof of income.

4. They will send leasing paperwork to begin the background check process.

5. Once approved, they will send us the final leasing paperwork to complete the process!
