Sarae S - $2,000/month

Helloooo my name is Sarae (they/them), I am looking to move from Boston to San Diego and hoping to find a spot relatively close to campus. I currently have a very chill cat I am hoping to move with (but due to move etc, may end up rehoming him if necessary sadly), and looking to find a spot between July-September, although ideally would be sometime in August. I am not obsessively clean but believe that especially shared spaces and kitchen/bathroom should be cleaned and maintained regularly, folks should clean up after themselves, and that expectations should be communicated as we go along. I don't tend to host parties or events, and am always respectful of making sure I check in with my roommates before inviting multiple people over/letting roomies know if I have a friend stopping by etc. I am 420 friendly but always ensure that spaces do not smell etc. Since I will be studying, I plan on being a quiet roommate that most likely will not be home much during the day.
