Place includes parking spot for each roommate in the back, bathroom and common spaced are shared, laundromat is half a block away with professional machines and street is very safe and silent.

I work full time and i am looking for someone who also has busy schedule such as work or goes to school, is respectful, specially once it comes to noise and is responsible to pay utilities/rent on time.

Apartment is walking distance from Adams avenue where you can find tons of bars, restaurants, Vons, rite aid, the freeway 15 and 805. Also close to North park and Mission Valley.

Room available December 1st

Room can come furnished or unfurnished (old roommate is thinking of selling the furnished room if interested)
