Both my husband and I work in schools so our weekly hours follow a typical school day. My husband works a hybrid schedule and works from home 2/3 days a week. We get weekend, holidays, and summers off. On most nights we are in bed by 10:30pm and appreciate roommates with similar sleep schedules. Weekends we like to spend time hanging out with friends (in midtown) or going on walks. We hope to make some improvements to the house so there will be construction happening during the daytime working hours. Our price will be adjusted for the inconvenience but also comes with housekeeping for shared spaces (bathrooms, kitchen, living room, hallways) weekly. Cleanliness of each roommates room is their own responsibility. Landscaping is done monthly but any clutter or trash from hangouts hosted outdoors must be cleaned up.
