Target Neighborhoods: I’m focusing on lively, walkable areas: Midtown, Downtown, Southside Park, Southern Pacific, Newton Booth, or East Sacramento.
Budget: My budget is flexible ($1,000–$1,500/person), aiming for a modern, secure place with good natural light and enough space for a home office setup.

Professional: I work from home as an AI Scientist. I’m quiet during the day but enjoy a social household after hours.
Interests: Big into hiking, birding, Formula 1, and cricket. I also play a bit of keyboard and ukulele (with headphones on!).
