Hi! I will be moving to NYC in May for work. I will be working near Penn Station, so would love to find an apartment within walkable distance if possible. 6 month lease would be great, but open to longer.

Anticipating hybrid work, so will WFH couple days/week. I am new to the city and would love to be as social as possible on weekends (time and energy permitting), but also love staying in on weekends. I would also love to be friends with my roommate(s), but as long as we have a respectful relationship I'm happy:)
