Im a huge sports fan, and am big into working out. I love going out but definitely not every day. Typically an early riser during the week. I am a considerate roommate, very clean but not a neat freak so as long as you clean up after yourself I have no issues. Looking to live in downtown Manhattan and am willing to pay up to 1800 a month but ideally would be more in the 15-1600 range
