I am looking for a single tenant to rent an one bedroom, private bath, in my 2 bedrooms apartment, with that said, I can only accommodate ONE tenant. This contract would be for 03 months starting on April 1st, with the possibility of extending the arrangement if all goes well.

The Apartment Portion Details:
• 1 Bedroom, High-speed Internet
• 1 bathroom, shower
• Move in Cost: First month's rent + deposit
• Rent: $1,450 per month
• Security Deposit: $1,450 (last month's rent)
• Location: Burnett ave in Twin Peaks
• Shared Amenities: kitchen / dining room with a view, living room, washer and dryer in the building, dishwasher.
• Parking: Easy street parking with no sticker.

Ideally, I am looking for a thoughtful, caring, clean, responsible and respectful housemate who is looking to stay in a great apartment.
