Two-person room in beautiful house right next to Downtown Mountain View

Looking for a roommate at my house in downtown Mountain View.
There are 4 housemates, all young and friendly engineers in tech.
I am male, early 20s, very clean, non-smoker.

The house is furnished with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We are a 5-minute walk from the Caltrain and 1 block away from downtown. We also have a porch, very large living room with lofted ceilings, common room, large kitchen, garage, attic, home gym (barbell + squat rack), laundry room (which also serves as a guest room), and large backyard.

I'm looking for someone to move into my room anytime before May 21st.
We do not require you to sign a lease, although staying longer-term is preferred.
Monthly price is $975 plus utilities (usually less than $100 which includes cleaners).
We can offer virtual tours now that there is a shelter-in-place.
