My name is Tyler and I’m a Security Engineer. The other roommate, Aaron is a Software Engineer.
Looking for a third roommate to join us in getting this amazing 3 bedroom penthouse style apartment in downtown SF.
Full gym + private movie theater + pool/sauna/hot tub + club house + huge bathroom and living room + balcony with honestly the best view in the city (check out the pics) + valet parking + office spaces for off-sites and working at home + pet concierge for your furry friend + bikes for residents + guest suite for out of town guests, and much more that you can come see for yourself.
It’s a 1,451 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment.
36th floor - Single Suite = $2200
24th floor - Single Suite = $2100
Us: We are 4 friends that have all lived with each other at some point in our lives. Since we cannot get a 4 bedroom and this is such an amazing opportunity, we decided to to get two 3 bedroom apartments in the same building :-) Thus, we have the smaller rooms for $2100 and $2200. You can move in on your own or bring a friend and we can join forces to make one big happy family. We all have demanding careers and we work hard during the week and find the time to let loose on the weekends. This includes going out on Friday nights, hiking, brunch, music shows, or just have some friends over to enjoy a few drinks and some food. We also have 3 large common areas with game rooms to host large groups.
You: Hygiene needs to be 110%. We have a maid come in twice a month for a full clean but that is no excuse to not be clean and do your dishes. You need to be friendly. If you are looking for a place to sleep and not interact with anyone else, this is not going to workout. We have a "home", not a "house".
