I am a 29 year old female looking to fill my room in a 2bd/1bath apartment in Midtown East NYC.
My current roommmate is in her late 20s and is kind, respectful, and clean. She is very easy going, and I have absolutely loved living with her! She is into working out, exploring our new outdoor dining experience in NYC, and cooking at home during the week. We are always down for a glass of wine and some netflix. Hoping to find a roommate who is like-minded and views the home as a place to relax.

Great Room in Midtown East (51st and 2nd) in a 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment
I am looking to fill my room in a great 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment in the heart of Midtown East.
Room is large enough for a queen size bed, dresser, and desk. Room also comes with a MASSIVE closet for all of your belongings!
Bathroom is currently undergoing some upgrades and is shared by the other roommate. Living room is fully furnished and kitchen has all utensils you need. There is a great space for cooking and we have been doing a lot of that during this time!
Rent is $1550/month plus utilities which run ~$60-$80 per month. To move in you would need to fill out an application and put down a $1500 security deposit plus first month rent.
Current tenant is an AMAZING female in her late 20s working in PR. Very respectful, clean and social. She loves to work out, cook, explore NYC restaurants as best as possible right now, and we love a good glass of wine at the end of the day. We have certainly kept our home an oasis during this time and would love for the next tenant to do the same.
