I've been living in NYC for the past 4 years working in real estate investments and finishing my master's degree. I'm a very friendly person and honestly have a hard time not getting along with someone, but I appreciate my alone time as my time home is mainly to rest and recharge. I love having a clean, peaceful space that feels welcoming and looks nice. I spend very little time in the apt since I'm in the office 4/5 days a week, and I'm out of town pretty often during the weekends. I'm an avid cyclist and really active, which means I wake up and go to bed pretty early. Also a huge coffee and baked good fan - a little morning coffee and pastry outing is one of my favorite things ever, and there are so many good places around the apartment I go for way more of those than I probably should.

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2BED apt. with in Prospect Heights. It's on the ground floor of a classic brownstone building, and includes a backyard, oversized living room with original marble fireplace (not functional, but pretty!), dishwasher, and washer/dryer in the basement. The building only has 5 units, and all four others are occupied by young couples who are extremely friendly and with whom I hang out often. The super is very responsive and lives close by, and the landlord has been lovely during my whole time in the building. There's two rooms in the apt (one is bigger than the other).
