I'm originally from Chile, but have been in NYC for the past 4 years working and finishing my master's degree. I spend very little time in my apt at the moment since I'm in the office 4/5 days a week, and I'm out of town pretty often during the weekends. I'm an avid cyclist and really active, which means I wake up and go to bed very early. Also a huge coffee and pastry fan, and bake decently well if I can say so myself.

I'm looking for a roommate to share my 2BED apt. with in Prospect Heights. It's on the ground floor of a classic brownstone building, and includes a backyard, oversized living room with original marble fireplace (not functional, but pretty!), and washer/dryer in the basement. The building only has 5 units, and all four others are occupied by young couples who are extremely friendly and with whom I hang out often. The super is very responsive and lives close by, and the landlord has been lovely during my whole time in the building.

Beautiful oversized 2BED/1BATH ground-level apartment in Prospect Heights. One of only five units in the building, with plenty of closet space, a small backyard, and washer/dryer in the building (in the basement right outside apt. door). The room for rent looks out into the backyard and receives tons of natural light, and the shared living room and kitchen are very spacious. Neighbors are great, and neighborhodd is even better, only steps away from Vanderbilt and its many shops and restaurants, and a short walk away from Prospect Park.
