Graeme S - $1,650/month

Hi, my names Graeme and I recently got a job that will bring me to nyc after I graduate this may! I’m from Atlanta Ga and I’m about to graduate from Uga with a degree in fabric design. I’m an artist and normally a very busy person, so I don’t plan on spending too much time at home. However, I would love to be friends with whomever I room with! I’m a pretty outgoing person that loves to be out doing things, whether it be going out to eat/drinks, shopping, partying, or just going on a walk. I also do love my alone time after long days work and sometimes prefer it haha.

I’m looking to live in lower manhattan/midtown or on the edge of Brooklyn close to the city. I’m hoping to move in at the end of may/beginning of June.
