It is conveniently located in Atwater Village close to Los Feliz, Glendale and Silverlake near the 134fwy and the 5fwy. This will be a year lease ideally looking for a working professional.

Utilities included but for the warmer months we split the electric only, there is a background check required with a $25 fee, the deposit is $500 and you must give a 30 day notice before ending lease to receive full deposit. No smoking drugs or parties no sub-letting or overnight guests no pets please.
