Hey! I’m a queer, non-binary actor looking for a chill, LGBTQ+ friendly roommate to move into the master bedroom of my newly renovated 2B/2B in NoHo! If you’re into anime, gaming, or the arts, we’ll probably vibe.

💰 Rent: $1300/month + $1300 deposit

💡 Utilities: Water, trash, and sewer covered by the landlord. We split electric, gas, and internet (~$100-$125/month) + $100 cleaning fee once a month

📍 Location: 5 min from NoHo Arts District 🎭, quiet street near Magnolia & Cahuenga, ½ mile from Ralphs

✅ The master bedroom comes with a private en suite bathroom w/ tub🚿

🐾 Pets: I have two ESA cats, so no cat allergies & no additional cats (I don’t need a feline civil war 😆). Other pets? If the landlord allows, I’m cool with it.
