Hi everyone! Looking for a roommate to fill my 2 Bed/2 Bath North Hollywood apartment available beginning May 15 or starting June 1.
THE SPACE:
- Price: $1,200 + utilities ($100 - 150/every month)
- Private Bedroom & Bathroom (located inside of the bedroom)
- Tandem Parking
- LGBTQ+ Friendly
- No Pets or Smoking
- $1,00 deposit
You WILL need to apply and be approved through the landlord/property management, but it is a fairly simple process. (Applicants need a 650 credit score or higher, and clean background check)
