Starting to already look for my next living situation (won’t need to move until the beginning of summer). Living in Ma Vista now and absolutely loving it but my rent is a bit too steep! Looking for a place that ideally has A/C, in unit washer/dryer, dishwasher (preferred), and is in a walkable neighborhood.

I love keeping it casual during the week but do enjoy going out either for dinner or music shows on the weekend! I enjoy cooking, walks, pickle ball, hiking, painting, etc etc.

I would love to be friendly with my roomie and occasionally do things together (whether that be exploring the farmer’s market, going to the beach, or watching tv together) but I also enjoy being solo as well!
