Currently seeking roommate for a 4-bedroom home located in Santa Clara. There is currently 1 bedroom available. The current age of roommates are 25-33
Looking for roommate to move in by May 4th.

- Washer / Dryer
- 1.5 bathrooms (excluding master bathroom)
- Backyard
- Easy parking
- Very safe, clean, and welcoming neighborhood
Room Available:
- $1,250 / Month + utilities / cleaning services (shared bathroom)
Convenient location:
- short commute to the following:
- Freeway 280
- Apple HQ

- Sunnyvale Caltrain Station
- Costco, Safeway, Whole Foods etc
Requirement:
- No smoking indoors
- Overnight guests welcome, within reason
- Group pays for bi-monthly house cleaner
- Rent does not include water, electricity, trash, or internet
- Guarantee rent will not increase during the first 12 months
- No Pets
- Background and credit check required
- Absolutely no shoes in the house, never

- Is thoughtful about cleaning after one's self in communal areas -- this must be wired into your DNA. I cannot emphasize this point enough that housemates must keep clean up after themselves.
