Private Spacious Room in North Beach + Bathroom + w/d in unit
Amazing house in North Beach Telegraph Hill. This is a house and not a unit, condo, apartment, etc. Private washer and dryer that is free of use in unit.
About the House:
Great location in North Beach/Telegraph Hill. Walking distance from Safeway/Trader Joe's, 24hr Fitness and Bay Club, close to transit, and Washington Sq Park. Bars / nightlife is walking distance as well. The house is 4 bedrooms, 3 floors. The bottom room / floor is open, because one of the roommates is moving out.
The room itself is medium-sized, and comes furnished with a queen bed frame, mattress, and dresser. There's a toilet across from the room, and a mini hallway that can serve as extra storage. It's almost like a studio in itself. The downside is it has no windows or natural light. it's quite cave-like, which means it's fantastic for sleep quality.
Just outside the room, the garage has been converted to a man-cave. There's a futon/couch, tv, sound system, work bench, fridge, washer/dryer (free use), and sink. Also good for storing stuff. We have sporting equipment, backpacking gear, etc... the house is not short on space.
The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom, detached toilet, minibar, and hallway. Shared with everyone, and is the primary "hang out spot," in the house. We enjoy having occasional friends over.
Top floor has another bedroom, as well as a rooftop patio, bbq, and is a great spot to relax and enjoy some fresh air. Amazing view of the Golden Gate Bridge from the patio.

About you:We're looking for a male/female roommate, ideally with similar interests, general age range, and aspirations. fitting in well with the house is important. You don't have to hang out all the time but we're going to offer the room to someone who we find to be a good fit. if interested, please send a quick note about you, interests, where you're from etc. social media profile of some sort would be nice too, although not essential.

The room will be available starting May 1st.
