Hi! My three roommates (three guys in their mid-late 20s, all working professionals) and I (a girl, late 20s, also working professional) are looking for a roommate in our age range to fill a room in the Mission District.
A little about us - we're all super laid back, very friendly, and appreciate direct communication (we're all originally from the east coast, so I think it's in our blood). We all have semi-regular schedules, working 9-5ish, and prioritize work during the week. You can find us on weekday evenings on the couch binging Netflix, or talking to each other about our days. Usually no huge social events during the week, but we enjoy a drink or two on occasion. We also completely respect privacy, and we all enjoy different levels of alone time in our rooms.
On weekends, we enjoy hanging with our friends (we have a TON in the immediate area) and everything we do generally includes an open invite for all roommates, but never any pressure to join. Our activities range from hiking, bike rides, checking out new restaurants and bars, hitting up events in the city, exploring nightlife, having a few friends over for an impromptu wine and cheese night (not as bougie as it sounds, I promise you), etc.
We love meeting new people and are SO excited to find our new roommate!

| Lease Duration | Month To Month |

We think Madeline’s room is fantastic! But in case you want to see more…

Hi! Me and my three amazing roommates (1 girl, 3 guys, all mid-late 20s) are looking to fill a room in our spacious, two-story home in the Mission (awesome location - 12 minute walk to 24th St. BART station and ~3 minute walk to bus lines on Potrero Ave). It’s month-to-month, but hoping for someone interested in a longer stay. In-person viewings are welcome, but def open to virtual tours + meetings as well!
Rent is $1,330 per month - a steal for San Francisco (bonus: we have rent control for at least a year)! Utilities are separate, but super low at ~$50-70 monthly. The house has two living rooms, a full kitchen, and an INCREDIBLE backyard. Seriously: incredible. We're a chill, social, outgoing household, and are looking for someone to be a friend in addition to a great roommate!
A few more details:
- It's a two-story house in the Mission (next to SF General) and honestly close to everything that makes the Mission awesome.
- Two living rooms, one on each floor (one main one, one used as office / workout / reading area)
- Large eat-in kitchen with hardwood floors
- Two full bathrooms (one on each floor)
- Big personal backyard with Meyer lemon tree and gardening patch. We hang out, host parties, play darts, etc.
- Washer and dryer in unit
- Room has a closet, fits a queen bed, dresser, and a nightstand
If you're interested, please send me a message with some details about yourself and what you're looking for in a living situation - the room is available immediately!
