Available Room for Rent
Affordable North Beach room for rent!
Hi everyone! I hope you’re all safe and well during this really weird time in the world. That being said, I have a converted living room opening up in our North Beach apartment starting May 1st. The apartment is conveniently located near Trader Joe’s, Safeway, tons of amazing Italian restaurants & is a very close walk to FiDi/Embarcadero/Downtown. The best part is the rooftop access!
About the room:
-Can come furnished or unfurnished - current roommate is selling all furniture for $400 if interested
-983.34/month + ~$40/month for utilities (WiFi and PG&E, landlord pays water and garbage)
-Lease is month to month - ideally looking for someone to stay at least 3 months
-It is a converted room that borders the kitchen, but there is a curtain and door for your privacy. Both myself and my other roommate are a quiet bunch, especially at night so that you have your privacy and space.
-Security deposit of $1500 + first month’s rent to move in.
About you:
-Females preferred, but can be flexible. Mid 20s also preferred.
-No couples.
-Pets are not allowed.
-Preferably have experience living with roommates and you actively contribute to keep the apartment clean and friendly.
-Looking for someone who is kind, will go out for a drink from time to time with us (2 current roommates living here), will maintain cleanliness and open communication!
