I'm a pretty laid back, respectful, and clean guy. I'm not too specific about what you do just try and be clean with the place.

I work in finance so pretty busy all the time but on the weekends i'm down to go to the beach, go out, or hit up the gym.

Don't have a preferred location on where to live but ideally our building will have a parking spot and a gym there.
