LoHi En-Suite Room Available - Sept/Oct

Hi everyone,

I have an en-suite room with a large walk-in closet available in the LoHi area (right across from Zuni Brewing Co) in a 2-bed, 2-bath apartment with 2 parking spaces and an outdoor storage unit. I’m looking for someone to move in as early as Sept 10 and preferably by Oct 4, though I can be flexible depending on your timeline.

Rent & Utilities:
· $1,150 per month
· Electricity: $28–58/month
· Wi-Fi: $37.66/month
· One-time refundable security deposit: $1,150

My roommate is currently in the process of moving out, so I can share updated photos of the available room once it’s cleared. For now, I’ve included photos from the previous Zillow listing along with some current pictures of the shared living area. The coffee table, kitchen table, and a few other small items will be leaving with her. I’m happy to purchase new furniture, but I’d like to see if my future roommate has pieces they’d like to bring before buying anything new.

What I’m Looking For:
I work in sustainable tourism in a hybrid role, typically spending three days a week working from home and two days in our office near Boulder. I’m ideally looking for someone who does not work remotely, but I’m open to a hybrid schedule if it’s the right fit.

I’d love to live with someone who is considerate, keeps shared spaces tidy, and enjoys a calm home environment. No smoking, heavy partying, or pets (building rules, unfortunately). I appreciate keeping noise to a minimum, especially during work hours and later in the evening. I want our home to feel shared and welcoming, but prefer no overnight guests for frequent, extended periods of time.

About Me:
I’m 30 years old and originally from Toronto, Canada, but have lived in multiple places including Boston, Greece, Australia, Prague, and Ireland. I’m pretty easy-going, enjoy keeping things neat and organized, and am mindful about being quiet and considerate so we’re always on the same page as roommates. I don’t smoke, and my “big party nights” usually involve a board game night or a low-key brewery visit. I enjoy staying active, going camping or hiking on weekends, and I’m often out and about in Colorado or traveling for work or to see friends/family.
