Hello,

Looking for a private room where I'll be able to sleep at night in peace with a place to park my vehicle. I'm mostly introverted and prefer to keep to myself but I'm not against being friends.

Sometimes I work online and need good internet always. I receive Social Security Disability so I am able to pay my rent. Tongue cancer left me with a speech impairment, most people say they can understand me, some have to ask me to repeat, which is fine. I'll be working with a speech therapist soon to see if it can be improved. Cancer treatment is completed. My profile pic was taken before cancer so I look a little different now.

I'm neat and clean up after myself and play music/tv quietly in my room. A basement or main floor is fine. Shared kitchen and bathroom is fine. I just need a couple shelves in the fridge or a mini fridge in a basement, a couple of shelves in the freezer and a couple of kitchen and bathroom drawers/shelves.

I don't care if you smoke outside (only) or have pets. I can't live with parties or noise after 10pm though.
