Hi! My name is Samantha and I’m looking for a roommate to join a 2 bedroom in lower Manhattan! My budget is $1800. I’m looking for a roommate to search for an apt with rather than take over someone’s room because I have a full living room set of furniture (which is a huge pro of moving in with me!). My move in date is pretty flexible but January would be great timing!

I’m a born and raised New Yorker who spent the last 4 years living in LA. I am in NYC now so I am fully available to go on apt tours for the both of us if you’re not in the city (plus I know the city very very well)!

I am very neat and looking for someone who is the same in common spaces (what your room looks like is absolutely your business). I’m not quite Monica from Friends but just about a step below haha. I don’t personally smoke and I’d prefer a roommate who doesn’t either, at least not inside.

I’m an actor with a day job in sales, I spend most days out on sales meetings and do a few hours of emails per day from home and the occasional zoom meeting but in both work and personal I’m out a lot more than I’m home. Acting wise, I’m primarily in film and tv so I will likely be filming self tapes from home a few times per week but no singing haha!

I’m a huge foodie and I love to cook and go out to restaurants a ton. I LOVE to entertain for dinner parties, cocktail parties, and movie nights but I don’t like hosting big parties with strangers.
