AVAIL NOW: The block is gorgeous and quiet, there are parks nearby, cool coffee shops and restaurants and you are super close to the JZ train with the C train being nearly equidistant. Door to door to Lower East Side is 20 minutes
About the place
* I absolutely love it -- it's comfortable, it's huge, everything is modern, including the thermostat
* Great kitchen for cooking
* The bathroom gets great water pressure and is big enough for a large man bath
* We have Netflix/HBO etc and a basic cable package
* The apartment could easily accommodate 3 people but looking for a single roommate
Who you'd be living with:
mid-30s writer and filmmaker -- I work from home in the third bedroom quite a bit, but I'm also out of the apartment for long stretches, day and night -- I'm into comedy, NPR, futbol, documentaries, and reading
About you:
I like living with other people but I also need my alone time to write. Looking for someone who has common sense about being clean and respectful and is just an all-around great person to live with.
