My name is Julien, I'm 27, of French-Lebanese background, and I'm a young professional living in New York for three years working in technology consulting. Before coming to New York, I spent a year traveling around the world and am an easy-going and friendly person. I enjoy discussions around music, international current events, and would like a roommate who also wants to create a home-like atmosphere in the apartment. Fun fact- it would be fun to have a smart home and putting in some voice-activated features of the apartment! I am someone who is neat, respectful of others space and doesn't mind having visitors from time to time and would like someone similar. Ideally, I'd like to sign a one-year lease for a two-bedroom in Manhattan/Astoria/Brooklyn within 10 minutes of Manhattan with a maximum monthly budget of around $1,500.
