I am looking for a 1 br 1 bath roommate type of living arrangement. Where I currently live, the homeowner is putting the home on the market for sale beginning 8/1. Our lease ends 9/15. I have a place becoming available By October or end of it. So the request to rent a room is temporary or month to month and short term. My Husband is usually pretty busy and gone most of the day/evening
