Single father seeking same, female, or couple - ASAP

I am a single father of twin girls, have had another single father with me for two years, but he's decided to move with his gf. Long story short, I've only got about 23 days or so to find someone. Searching for either a single female, (or a couple) due to having my girls 3.5 days a week. Background checks will be done. We're pretty close to UTA, and both stadiums. There's onsite laundry, Wi-Fi access, and a fenced in back yard with storage space. Shared Jack and Jill style bathroom located between bedrooms. I work 3.5 days a week or more, and am a homebody when not working. I usually stay to myself as I'm introverted. Again, my girls stay here every week, so no drugs, please. Pricing is $750 a month, all bills included. Bonus could be that I am a former chef and will be more than happy to cook for or simply help with cooking. The place is mostly furnished, all you really need is bedroom stuff, but like I said, there's a storage structure outside if you need it. There's a back door in the room as well as a gate in the fence, so you could technically have your own private entrance. Aside from the above, I don't really know what else to put other than I'm not a creep or predator, I don't drink or do drugs, and I'm pretty shy so I stay in my room. Not interested in any kinds of "arrangements". I don't discriminate against age, gender, or religion. If you've made it this far and are at all interested, feel free to inquire.
