2-bedroom 2-bath apartment on the first floor. The room available is located next to the front door and the bathroom is separated from it by a small alcove. There's a small patio area and both the front and back doors are alarmed. The complex is beautiful, right next to a 'lake', although the unit doesn't have a view. There is a little creek running through the complex just behind the unit, with a swimming pool beyond that. It is gated and guarded and has valet trash service. Parking is free; residents get covered and garage parking while guests are limited to uncovered.
The complex is located right next to US-75, north of SMU and NorthPark Mall. It is a busy urban hub with plenty of restaurants and shops within 10 minutes of the apartment. I wouldn't recommend walking around, though. Despite this, the apartment itself is serene, with hardly any indication of the busy city around it.
