Ideally I would like to room with a female, someone who is down to earth, laid back and keeps to themselves other than an occassional small talk, I prefer someone over 35. my own bathroom, someone who is responsible with paying bills especially rent.. takes some precautions with regards to covid, The room can be furnished or unfurnished...Wifi is necessary, washer/dryer in the home would be great but it's not a deal breaker. I’m very responsible and I pay on time. Very clean and prefer a place with no bugs (of anykind). If pets reside within the home great but if you have more than 3 animals this may not be a good fit..I'm seeking a place December 1st but I’m not in a hurry I really just want a good fit.
