Working professional (life sciences industry) looking for a place to rent.

My situation:

I currently long distance commute from LA to my office in north Tempe. I fly in Sunday/Monday nights and fly back out Thursday nights. But, will be converting to one week on, one week off. So I need a quiet, safe, clean place to sleep 8-10 nights per month, starting mid to late July. I have a small footprint, I will likely only have some work cloths, computer peripherals, and small conveniences that will be in the unit.

Preference for:
Furnished (bed, desk, dresser, chair)
Private bath
Private entrance
Walking distance to light rail A line (blue line)
Washer/dryer use
Some refrigerator use.

I am clean, quiet, friendly, have stable income, no criminal record, don’t do drugs, good credit and can provide previous landlord reference. And am happy to provide Facebook and LinkedIn profiles to serious takers. Easy money for someone with a spare room/inlaw/ADU. I’m the perfect roommate, the kind that’s never home! Lol.

I will not fill out an application before viewing a unit (lots of scammers out there!).
