I like to think of my home as a peaceful, clean and affordable stepping stone abode. We are all on a journey in life with the same needs. I like to keep the room lease/contract month to month which benefits both of us. Respect goes a long way, I have a set of common sense rules that reflects this. I work a full time job, and a part time job, and my partner works a part time job in the evenings and does online schooling for ASU. There are a couple pets in the home. I have a 2.5 year Maltese Mix (Mia), and my current tenant Dahlak has a cat (Gatsby) who roams the house, He's very calm and doesn't mind some attention. My current tenant works graveyard shift and sometimes day shift.

I currently have one furnished room available June 1st (10ft x 10ft) near 43rd Ave and Baseline in Laveen, AZ. I'm looking for a responsible, respectful, drug free, and clean roommate (can not stress the cleanliness part enough/no maid service) who can adhere to common sense rules listed in a month to month room rental agreement. The price for the room is for those that leave the house to work at least 40hours a week, otherwise utilities can be discussed. I have a Maltese/shih-tzu(2.5 yrs old), very friendly girl, but stays in my room for the most part. Ideally, I'd like for my roommates to be able to enjoy my home equally as much as the common areas would be shared. Guest Restroom is shared with one male roommate. The room is furnished with a twin sized day bed which converts to a larger bed, dresser, and lamp stand. All utilities are included, along with high-speed Cox Wi-Fi. I provide a lot of the necessities such as cleaning chemicals and paper products in the kitchen. I also update the home as much as possible; over Memorial Day weekend I purchased a 4 Piece conversation wicker set, area rug, and propane barbeque grill for the Patio.(2023) I updated the front porch with a nice bench, area rug and planters. (4/2024). All kitchen appliances shared, just purchased a Cosori Air fryer.
