ABOUT THE PLACE: House itself is very spacious and in a very clean, safe upscale neighborhood notable for its palm tree-lined boulevards and several golf courses just 1-2 miles from five major supermarket chains and multiple service providers with just about every major commercial establishment (restaurants, entertainment and big box/chain stores) you can imagine within 5 miles. It’s just a 20 min. drive to downtown/Central Phoenix (30 to Scottsdale/Tempe), and is right by three major freeways (Interstate 10, Loop 101 and the newer Loop 303 that provides a quick and always traffic-free link to North Phoenix) which makes navigating anywhere pretty convenient (except if during rush hour on I-10).
