Looking for someone to take over my lease in a 3 bed / 3 bath, two-floor apartment in Fort Greene starting Jan 1, 2026 (flexible). The lease runs through September 7, 2026. The place is spacious, bright, and in one of the most friendly, safe, and VERY sought-after neighborhoods in Brooklyn.
