I'm looking for a roommate to live in downtown Manhattan (Tribeca, Soho, WV, GW, etc) or BK.

I work in marketing at a tech company and am in-office 5 days a week. I typically go to the gym or grab a drink with friends after work, so I'm usually out all day during the week. On the weekends, I'm catching up with friends or biking around the city.

Pretty clean myself, and looking for someone similar who wants to share a place to recharge and relax. Will have a friend or two over occasionally, but really just looking to have chill vibes at home.
