Hi, I am currently a full-time, in-house graphic designer for a baby goods company in Industry City, and I also started freelancing. I was born in the Philippines and moved to New Jersey when I was 7. I have been living in Brooklyn for the past five years.

Ideally, I am looking for two other women around my age to make rent more affordable around the areas I'm looking at with the amenities I'm looking for (in-unit W/D). I'm hoping to find a 3-bd, 2+ bath rental.

I typically go to the gym around 3 times a week. My current job requires me to be in-office for 2 days of the week, so I WFH for the other 3 weekdays. I tend to be a homebody, but I will occasionally go out. I consider myself a night owl, and I tend to wake up later in the morning (around 8am). I'm a non-smoker and I don't drink except for the occasional social event.

I consider myself a generally neat person but am okay with some clutter/mess as long as it's not too egregious. I don't need everything to be 100% spick-and-span, but I don't want a science experiment growing somewhere in the shared spaces. I sometimes cook, but more often than not, I have takeout. I typically wash my dishes either right away (especially when I have a lot after cooking) or within a day. I also do not like outdoor shoes being worn inside the living areas. I typically do not invite friends or have guests over, but I may have overnight guests if they need a place to crash for the night for a certain event.

My hobbies include watching anime, playing video games, reading books/manga, collecting stationery, and journaling.

I am a queer-friendly roommate. I have no allergies.

I am also pet-friendly. My current roommates have a cat, so I am most used to felines but am okay with dogs. However, I do ask that you are on top of cleaning up after your pet. I prefer not having a cat walking or sitting on surfaces where food is prepared or eaten. If you need to be away and need to have a petsitter, I am open to it if I can, but please do not expect me to be available first.
