SPACIOUS ROOM IN HELLS KITCHEN WITH CLOSET

Hi! My roommates is moving out and I'm looking for someone to take her room! This one is really spacious considering NYC and fits a queen bed, plus desk and maybe even a dresser. Plus, it has a full closet too (not walk-in but my roommate has never complained about space). Really stunning old NY hardwood floors, heat and AC in each room, so you can choose to make it toasty or ice cold, regardless of what roommates want. And shares a big bathroom with me! (Third roommate has a private bath.)

In the building, we have super nice ammenities. (Legit, everyone tells me the hallways smell rich, idk what that's about, but I constantly get compliments on how nice this building is lol.) In the apartment, we've got in-unit washer/dryer (!!!), dishwasher, a furnished living room with a giant window with midtown views including the empire state building. The building has a 24-hr doorman, 24-hr on-site maintenance, a gym (for a small extra fee), a really secure package room, and a stunning rooftop from April to November.
