I just moved to New York from Germany, which is where I was born and raised. I'm in the city as an expat working for a German company, so I'll have quite stable living conditions for the next years. I'm super excited to be here and to make new friends/memories. As I'm new to the city I'd prefer a living situation that is more than just strangers sharing the rent. However, I am quite busy at work, so I wouldn't expect any roommates to be best friends or anything.

I've lived in shared apartments for the last 4 years, with both male and female roommates. Never had any issues we couldn't solve and we always had a good time. I consider myself to be clean and respectful of other people's space and personal belongings. I'll be going to the office 3-4 days a week. Apart from working, I love traveling, going to the movies, good food, being outside, and watching sports (mainly soccer, but am interested in getting to know the American sports).
