I like to play sports (soccer mainly), exercise, cook, explore the city, and have fun on the weekends. I love traveling and try to do a few trips throughout the year as well as visit my family in NJ once every month or two.
I work in Marketing doing Data Analytics, current role is in Jersey City. Generally keep to myself in the apartment, but happy to make friends. From NJ, but been living in the city for about 3 years now. I'm pretty laid back, open to either a very quiet apartment, or a very fun/outgoing apartment. Looking to live in a 2 or 3 BR apartment, don't mind a walk up or an elevator building.
I currently live in a 2BR apartment in LES with my lease ending May 31st and my roommate is moving out. My apartment is available for move in, rent is $1,250, but ideally I'd be looking for a bigger place. Happy to share pictures with anyone curious about my apartment.

Looking for a roommate to take over one of the bedrooms in my two bedroom apartment in the heart of Lower East Side, for June 1 year long lease. Rent is $1,250 a month per person, ConEd bill comes to about $60 per person each month (depends on season) and Wifi is $32.50 per person each month. It is a five floor walk-up which can be a pain, or a great way to stay in shape, whatever you decide but it's really not that bad. Shared space is pretty small, but rooms fit a full bed + a dresser with some additional space on each side of the bed.
2 minute walk from Pizza Beach, Piano's, all the LES bars. 4 minute walk to the F,M,J,Z trains at Delancey Street. 5 minute walk to Essex Market and 8 minutes to Trader Joe's/Target. Tons of places to eat, close to Chinatown, Little Italy, East Village and SoHo.
