Roommate Needed November 1st

Hi!

My roommate is moving out at the end of the month and I am looking for a new roommate! I have a beautiful large sunny 1 bedroom available in a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment. The apartment is a 2 min walk to the metro (red line/Grosvenor metro station). There is a balcony overlooking a tennis court, swimming pool, and small pond. There is a shared large living room, dining room and kitchen.

Available NOVEMBER 1st 2020.

This is a luxury condominium with 24/7 concierge. There is a supermarket, dry cleaners, laundry room, library and gym in the building. The apartment is conveniently located 2min walking distance from the Grosvenor Metro Station (Red Line) and there is free onsite parking available for tenants.

Ideally you are: A professional female tenant who is, clean, organized and responsible. No couples, and no males (sorry) . You will be sharing the apartment with me! I am a professional female, clean respectful and low-key. I like going to the gym, reading, traveling. (short-term/longterm lease welcomed)

All utilities, cable, electricity, wifi, heat, AC are included. (no pets allowed, sorry building rules)
