Hi, i'm Aylin, licensed esthetician and waitress from Modesto, CA, planning to move to Southern California to be closer to my sister and friends and to enjoy the lifestyle i've always wanted. I'm organized, tidy, and genuinely enjoy self care, pilates, workouts, walks, and trying new brunch/ dinner spots with friends. I'm more of an extrovert friendly, energetic and sociable, and communicative, but I also value boundaries, and a calm home. I'm looking for a clean, comfortable 2-3 bedroom shared space in Orange County (ideally near Irvine, Costa Mesa) with roommates who are respectful and easy to get along with. My work schedule as an esthetician and server balance with some evenings and weekends, I don't smoke, I don't have pets, and I am hoping for a rental in the $1,300-$1,500 range (utilities considered) if you have a room available or know of a good fit, i'd love to chat.
