We’re a family of four with two very young children who have a master bedroom with a private entrance and bathroom that will be available for rent. The room is about 160Sq. Ft. with attached bathroom with shower. The room will have a full-size bed, a wall-mount television and a large closet. The communal amenities include use of the kitchen, the pool/spa and a driveway parking space. We’re asking $1,600/month with all utilities included.
