I’m renting out a furnished private room in my charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom boho-style beach house, tucked away in a peaceful and quiet Huntington Beach neighborhood. The home is just 1.5 miles from the beach, with local dining, grocery stores, and Target all within easy walking distance.

The house features central A/C and heating, though the refreshing ocean breeze often keeps things naturally cool. A washer and dryer are conveniently located in the garage, which also offers garage space. You’ll have a dedicated parking spot and keyless entry for added convenience and security.

The available room comes fully furnished, including a bed with linens, dresser, blackout curtains, and closet space, plus additional room for your own personal belongings and linens. The entire home is fully furnished and stocked so feel free to use all shared furniture and kitchen items.

The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and close-knit, with neighbors who look out for one another and occasionally gather for BBQs or potlucks. The atmosphere is quiet, cozy, and welcoming, with enchanting lighting that gives the home a relaxed beach-house vibe.

I live in the home with my 8-month-old son, who is very calm and quiet, so I’m looking for a safe, respectful, and kind roommate who appreciates a peaceful, family-friendly environment.

As a bonus, I have both long and short surfboards, a beach umbrella, and plenty of beach gear available for use. It’s perfect if you love beach days or want to ease into the surf lifestyle without buying everything yourself. ♥️

I’m a 32-year-old female, kind, clean, and easygoing. I’m a coffee and tea enthusiast, enjoy making new friends, and I’m often out and about on weekends, especially for soccer, which I play every weekend! During the week, I telework and have my own dedicated office space; if it’s available, you’re more than welcome to use it for your own work or study needs.

I love a cozy, beautiful home. If you have plants, bring them! Most of mine are faux because they’re low-maintenance, but I’m very pro-greenery. There’s also a large, unused backyard space that you’re free to decorate or use however you’d like. I especially dig the modern Boho chic look so that’s the vibe I have in the house for a part of the backyard that I decorated.
