Riley T - $1,200/month

Hiya! I'm moving to LA from Virginia in January and am hoping to find a place to rent starting in February. I really enjoy playing video games, listening to all sorts of music, skateboarding, and otherwise just generally hanging out watching anime/movies. I work from home in tech sales on east coast hours, but am not generally taking calls or meetings until about 8 am and don't make much noise through the day. Totally open to being more chatty as roommates or keeping to myself. I used to plan the summer orientations for my university as my last job, so I've gotten good at going with the flow.
