Female Roommate Wanted

Looking to find a female roommate to rent a room in our home! We are looking for someone that is respectful, has good communication skills, and is a responsible person that cleans up after themselves. I'm Hannah a 32-year-old piano teacher that teaches at a music school and have an 11-year-old basset hound. Allie is a 39-year-old certified astrologer and she has a 12-year-old husky mix. Both of our dogs are well-behaved, great around other dogs and cats and we are pet friendly. We keep our home clean and well-maintained. We are open to get togethers but there's no pressure to socialize if you would like your space. There are 2 bathrooms in the home and you'd be sharing one with myself.
