Hi there! I am looking for a roommate to move in on November 1st, 2025. You would be subleasing with the lease period ending June 31st, 2026. After that our lease agreement becomes month to month with a 2 months notice period.
The house is in Chandler off of Elliot and Alma School Road. We are not far from the 101. Our neighborhood is very quite and safe. There is also a nice walking path nearby with trees.
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, a garage, and large shed in the backyard! The backyard is fenced and has grass! The kitchen, dining room, and living room are all very spacious. We currently have everything fully furnished but are open to changing things to accommodate a new person’s furniture if it works better for the space. The bedroom will come unfurnished.
I am hoping to find an awesome new room mate to move in who is peaceful, has good communication skills, and thinks communal living is kind of a cool thing. Bonus points if you have a dog that you would be bringing with to be buddies with mine!

I am married but my husband is waiting on his US Green Card so he will be back in England for most of the lease. His name is Danny and he is very polite, funny and is also an awesome cook and a better baker than me.
My dog’s name is Henry. He is an extremely friendly husky mix who is 11 years old. He’s a very good boy who loves everyone and always wants to play and go outside. He does have arthritis but he’s a puppy at heart.
Our other roommate is named Tiffany. She is 52 years young, loves camping, paddle boarding, and karaoke! She works as a massage therapist and has 2 adult daughters who come by from time to time and occasionally spend the night.
The rooms available is $655 per month (with a $655 deposit). The room measures 9’8 by 9’6 and has built in closet organization. The room has a ceiling fan.
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. Our landlords name is Stacey. She is not part of a big company and has been good to work with so far!
After meeting us and seeing the place, if we choose to move forward we’ll have you send your information to Stacey for a background check and she will need you to pay an application fee of $35 through Zillow.
Utilities will be split evenly. We have central air conditioning, a washer and dryer, a reverse osmosis machine and a working fireplace in the living room!
